Please note that we use a third-party billing service provider, Paddle, Inc., U.K., to collect and process payment card information for the products and services you purchase through the website. Paddle, Inc., U.K., acts as our merchant of record. NKD-Group does not directly collect or store any payment card information provided for the Services. However, we may receive information associated with your payment card (e.g., your billing details).

The NKD Group, Inc. may have the occasion to collect non-personal anonymous demographic information. Such information includes age, gender, as well as the type of browser you are using, IP address, or type of operating system. This information will assist us in providing and maintaining superior quality service.

Information Contained in Documents 

Depending on the Documents you upload to or create with our Services, we may collect non-personal information including, but not limited to, age, gender, affiliation, names, and email of your team members.

For example, access to your google drive through WinORS (our product), which is hosted on the Nutanix cloud-platform, is governed by Nutanix and Google's privacy policies.

We may also use Google Analytics and other service providers (e.g., Bitly, Stat Counter, SpeedExam, and others) to collect and process analytics information on our Services. Surveys 

We may contact you to participate in surveys. If you decide to participate, you may be asked to provide certain information, which may include personal information.

We may attend conferences, trade shows, and other events where we collect personal information from individuals who interact with or express an interest in the corporation, it's products (WinORS, and ARMDAT) or other Services. If you provide us with any information at one of these events, we will use it for the purposes for which it was collected.

Business Development and Strategic Partnerships 

We may collect personal information from individuals and third parties to assess and pursue potential business opportunities.

Job Applications 

We may post job openings and opportunities on the Services. If you reply to one of these postings by submitting your application, CV, and cover letter to us, we will collect and process the information contained therein to assess your suitability, aptitude, skills, and qualifications for employment with The NKD-Group, Inc.

Why We Collect Information and For How Long

We do maintain and reserve the right to contact you if needed for non-marketing purposes (such as bug alerts, security breaches, account issues, and changes in The NKD Group, Inc. products and services). Children Under the Age of 13

The NKD Group, lnc.'s website is not directed to and does not knowingly collect identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen (13). If it is determined that such information has been inadvertently collected on anyone under the age of thirteen, we shall immediately take the necessary steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our system's database. Alternatively, we will obtain verifiable parental consent for the use and storage of such information. All users and visitors to our website have the option to discontinue receiving communications from us by way of email or newsletters.
